Physical recycling, on European ground.
Compliance promises are easy to print. RAW TG's are anchored in operations: battery recycling in the United Kingdom, Italian capacity coming online as our facility there is established, and a documented route for every kilogram that passes through. When we discharge your producer obligations, the recycling behind the paperwork is ours.
The difference between arranging recycling and doing it.
Much of the compliance industry is intermediation: obligations accepted on paper, then subcontracted down a chain until somebody, somewhere, treats the battery. Every link in that chain adds cost, blurs accountability and weakens the evidence.
RAW TG is built the other way round. The recycling operation is part of the group, the trading desk routes material to genuine recovery value, and our digital platform records each movement as it happens. When your compliance report says a tonne was recycled, we can show you the consignment behind the sentence.
- One accountable operator, not a chain of subcontracts.
- Recovery evidence generated at the point of treatment.
- Chemistry-led routing — material goes where it is genuinely recovered.

Two operations, either side of the Alps.
Northern Europe served from the UK; Southern and Central Europe served from Italy as capacity comes online.
Operating today.
Our UK operation receives, sorts and grades end-of-life batteries and production scrap across chemistries — lithium-ion, NiMH and battery-derived materials — with safe handling, compliant storage and packaging to carriage rules built into the intake process.
- Receipt, sorting and grading by chemistry and state.
- Safe handling and storage of damaged and end-of-life cells.
- EWC coding, hazard assessment and ADR-compliant despatch.
- Digital duty of care and chain-of-custody per consignment.
Capacity coming online.
Our Italian operating company is currently being established, giving the group treatment capacity in Southern Europe and a natural gateway for producers selling across the EU. Presenting Italy alongside the UK is deliberate: European coverage with operations on the ground, not a brass-plate address.
- Sited to serve Southern & Central European producers.
- Same intake standards, same documentation, same platform.
- Integrated with UK routing from day one.
Entity establishment in progress; capability statements will be updated as incorporation completes.
Chemistry-led intake.
Material is graded on what it actually is — chemistry, state and packaging — because route, value and paperwork all follow from that.
Lithium-ion
Sorted cells, EV modules and packs, mixed li-ion and production scrap — NMC, LFP and LCO chemistries graded on assay, not assumption.
Black mass & derivatives
Black mass and battery-derived metals and powders, classified on evidence and routed to refiners where recovery is genuine and documented.
Other chemistries
NiMH and adjacent battery streams accepted where a compliant, evidenced recovery route exists — and refused where one doesn't.
Recycling that shows its working.
Every consignment through our operations carries a digital record: what arrived, how it was classified, where it went and what came back. That record is the raw material of EPR reporting, battery passport data and customer audits alike.
- Digital duty of care record.
- Chain-of-custody, source to processor.
- Classification & assay evidence.
- Movement and treatment confirmation.
Batteries to recycle — or obligations to discharge?
Either way, it ends at the same place: material treated properly, with proof.
