2. What we collect

We collect only the information you choose to give us, plus limited technical data needed to run the site:

  • Enquiry form data β€” your name, company, role, email, and the audience, material type, volume range, region and message you provide. These fields are optional unless marked as required.
  • Routing data β€” the desk your enquiry is routed to, derived from the audience you select, so the right team can respond.
  • Technical data β€” basic information such as browser type and, with your consent, anonymous analytics about how the site is used.

We do not knowingly collect special category data through this site, and we ask that you do not include sensitive personal information in free-text fields.

3. Lawful basis for processing

Under UK GDPR we rely on the following lawful bases:

  • Legitimate interests β€” to respond to your enquiry, route it to the appropriate desk, and carry out related business correspondence, balanced against your rights.
  • Consent β€” for non-essential cookies and analytics, which we set only after you accept them via the cookie banner.
  • Legal obligation β€” where we must retain certain records to meet our legal or regulatory duties.

4. Cookies

This site uses a small number of cookies. Our cookie banner lets you accept all cookies or continue with only those that are essential β€” matching the two choices presented when you first visit.

  • Essential cookies β€” required for the site to work, including remembering your cookie choice. These are always set and do not require consent.
  • Analytics cookies β€” used only if you select "Accept all". They help us understand how the site is used so we can improve it. If you choose "Essential only", these are not set.

You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's cookies in your browser, after which the banner will appear again. Your preference is stored locally in your browser.

5. Data retention

We keep enquiry data only for as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your enquiry, and to meet any legal or accounting obligations, after which it is securely deleted or anonymised.

6. Sharing your data

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with service providers who help us operate the site and manage enquiries (for example, a CRM or email provider) under appropriate agreements, and with our joint-venture partners where relevant to your enquiry.

7. Your rights

Under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 you have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you;
  • request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
  • request erasure of your data in certain circumstances;
  • object to or restrict our processing;
  • request portability of data you provided to us; and
  • withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK supervisory authority, at ico.org.uk. We would welcome the chance to address your concerns first.

8. How to contact us
