Environmental & Quality Policy.

Responsible recovery is our business, not an add-on. This policy states the environmental and quality commitments RAW Trading Group Limited (Company No. 17339954, registered office 27 Old Gloucester Street, London WC1N 3AX) applies across its recycling network, trading and compliance services.

Commitments

• Legal compliance first — movements are classified, documented and routed in line with waste, transport and producer-responsibility law in each jurisdiction we touch.
• Genuine recovery — material is routed to destinations where recovery is real and evidenced, not merely asserted.
• Traceability by default — every consignment carries a digital chain-of-custody record on our platform.
• Safe handling — batteries are stored, packaged and carried in line with dangerous-goods requirements.
• Continuous improvement — processes, partners and routes are reviewed against these commitments, and issues are corrected at root cause.

Scope and review

This policy applies to all RAW TG activities and is reviewed annually at director level.
