Our principles
- Minimisation β we collect only what we need to respond to you and run our engagements.
- Purpose limitation β enquiry data is used to handle your enquiry and engagement data to deliver the contracted service; neither is sold or shared for marketing.
- Security β commercial and personal data are held on access-controlled systems; provenance and trade data are treated as commercially sensitive by default.
- Retention β we keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose, and regulatory records for the periods the law requires.
- Accountability β data protection questions are owned at director level.
Lawful bases
We rely on legitimate interests for handling business enquiries and B2B correspondence, contract for delivering engaged services, and legal obligation where waste, transport and producer-responsibility law requires records to be kept.
International transfers
Where engagements involve counterparties outside the UK/EEA, personal data transfers are limited to what the engagement requires and protected by appropriate safeguards.
